Portraying and creating intrigue

I am driven to create something beautiful that intrigues me and intrigues others. I use acrylic paint, inks and collage to create lively representational and semi-abstract pieces, mainly landscape, cityscape and still life.

Colour-filled landscapes may be derived from real places or imagined scenes depicting an ethereal, dreamlike world. My intention is to hold the viewer’s gaze, perhaps evoking a thought, memory, mood or emotion. My studio and shared artist’s gallery are open to visitors 10 am to 4 pm.

I’m a mixed media painter. My goal is to create artwork that will instantly attract the eye and continue to spark interest in terms of subject matter, use of colour, shapes, movement, texture and pattern.

I enjoy experimenting with a range of techniques and adapting their use to my personal mode of expression.

I work and exhibit at the Artist Studios at Bevere Gallery WR3 7RQ on the edge of Worcester. We’re open to visitors Tue to Sat 10 am to 4 pm. Call in and see us!
